ONE TRIBE Leadership Academy
We are a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization committed to serving the world, heart first. We believe that to create lasting change we must empower as many leaders as possible to learn how to optimally and authentically lead themselves.
We provide services aimed to challenge leaders to take ownership of their beliefs and behaviors to ensure that each aligns with their potential for performance, wellbeing, resilience, and impact on those they lead.
We believe that servant leaders are responsible for the lasting change that our world desperately needs at this crucial point of human evolution. Servant leaders from different walks of life create lasting change when they choose to connect and serve together as members of ONE TRIBE. We are ONE TRIBE with ONE HEART.
We are building a community that virtually connects tomorrow's leaders with today's servant leaders and empowers them to change the world, starting with their own. One tribe teammates are tasked with weekly challenges from positive and performance psychology to enhance self-discovery, emotional intelligence and develop a growth mindset.
